Thanks to all those who help to put this event together on such a beautiful day. Thanks to all the families who came and be a part of this fun day. And a BIG THANKS to all who donated to our silent auction. Take time to watch the video of pictures.

City to Offer Debris Removal
Brentwood Public Works will provide free debris removal as part of ongoing recovery efforts. If trees or branches have fallen on your home or private property, homeowners are responsible for removing them to the public right-of-way along the street or curb.
Debris must be next to the street or curb, at the edge of your property, not further than 10 feet, and limbs must be no longer than eight feet. We will not take construction material, root balls or stumps as they will not go through the grinding system.
Do not place debris in the common ground areas, as it will not be picked up.
Follow these guidelines for placing debris on the edge of your property.
- Must be stacked within 10 feet of the curb or edge of the street.
- Must have a 5-foot horizontal clearance of any fixed object, such as a hydrant, mailbox, phone pedestal, pole, etc.
- It cannot be stacked under the canopy of a tree, even if the pile is five feet from the base of the tree. The machine needs vertical clearance as well.
- Only downed trees, limbs, and other vegetation accepted.
- During this emergency, we will accept debris cut by a contractor.
- Debris must be 8 feet or shorter.
- No limit on diameter.
- No other waste, construction material allowed.
- It may take several weeks for debris to be removed.
Brentwood Public Works will pick up storm debris as time becomes available. If you have a downed tree that is blocking the road but is NOT entangled with power lines, please call our office at 615-371-0080. If there are power lines down, contact Middle Tennessee Electric at 877-777-9020, or Nashville Electric Service at 615-234-0000.
Stonehenge & Fallen Trees
To our neighbors, your HOA Board has been calling many of you about, and consistently monitoring, all the trees and limbs that have fallen in our subdivision over the last few days. Many have called asking about our tree policy. Under the HOA Documents tab on the website you will find the page titled HOA Policy on Common Area and Private Lot Maintenance and Resident Responsibilities. Please read the entire Policy and refer to #6
It states at #6. Common area trees or limbs that have not fallen but present a reasonable threat to permanent structures erected on adjacent homeowner Private Lots may be removed at the homeowner's expense, subject to review and prior approval by the HOA's Board. The HOA will only approve the removal of trees or limbs that create a reasonable threat to safety or property.
Trees fallen from Common Ground onto a Homeowner's property is the responsibility of the Homeowner to remove not the HOA.
The City of Brentwood's link to the city brush service can also be found here on our website. Go to the More Tab. You will click on Brentwood City Info and that link will take you to Brentwood Chipper Service. That will take you to Brush Service and will have information about How does the brush service work, How often does the brush service run, Is there a fee, and What are the rules of the brush service.
We hope this will help you as you deal with the limbs and trees that have fallen. Please contact any of us if you have questions. We are here to help!

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARIES –
Included below is a press release from the Brentwood Police Department.
The City Commission and City Manager are aware of the recent burglaries. At this time, we believe it is most appropriate to allow the Brentwood Police Department to assess the situation and develop and implement a strategic plan to apprehend those responsible.
We are investigating a series of recent burglaries in the city. These burglaries, as well as one in Belle Meade, are believed to be connected to a group known among national law enforcement agencies as the South American Theft Group (SATG).
Residents are urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity in their neighborhoods, particularly occupied vehicles parked and left running. A dark-colored BMW X3, believed to be a 2022–2024 model, was identified as a vehicle of interest after being observed on traffic cameras repeatedly circling the area near one of the burglaries. The vehicle appears to be displaying a fake or altered license plate.
The suspects are known to operate in the evening hours, shortly after dark. Video surveillance from the Belle Meade incident shows the suspects entering a residence at 6:36 p.m. To date, all related incidents have occurred on Friday and Saturday evenings, though previous SATG groups have been known to operate throughout the week.
According to the BPD, these burglaries follow a similar pattern, with most break-ins occurring between 5-9 p.m., when homeowners are out to dinner or performing errands after work.
The BPD arrested several individuals connected to this group in May 2025, and now officers want residents to remain vigilant and limit opportunities for these criminals.
Residents are asked to:
• Lock all doors and set home alarms.
• Make sure home surveillance cameras are operating properly.
• Keep lights on or use timers.
• Avoid posting your location on social media.
• Consider protective film on ground-level glass.
• Bolt safes to the ground and avoid putting them in common locations, like closets.
• Avoid storing large amounts of cash or jewelry in a single location.
According to the BPD, these criminal groups enter subdivisions from adjoining neighborhoods, common areas, and tree lines, and they usually enter a house through a rear door or rear window.
All Brentwood residents are encouraged to share this information with family and neighbors.
To report suspicious activity, contact the BPD at 615-371-0160. For emergency assistance, always call 911.

Stonehenge Tennis / Pickleball members
A few items of note :
- Parents PLEASE PLEASE tell your children not to take their skate boards to the tennis court and ride around on the court surface. It damages the court and it's very expensive to repair.
- Please lock up after yourself. The court door has been left open and unlocked 3x times in the past 2 weeks necessitating this code change.
- There is a bungee cord for the pickleball net on the court. After finishing at the court - please re-attach the pickleball net to the fence. This avoids the net falling over in the wind and scratching the surface.
- See the Rules and Regulations for using our court, go to the Residents Only page and follow the directions.
Keep playing + Stay healthy!
Directory Info is online
There have been so many new families moving into our neighborhood, I want to make sure we have everyone listed. If you see a family information not listed, there are “Do Not Publish” lines in the directory that are for families that did not want to have their information included, and we certainly do respect that decision.
Please refer to this and to our website often for the last information.
If you have any changes that need to be made contact Lori Locke @ [email protected]
SAFETY:
Please slow down when driving through our Stonehenge subdivision:
As you know, we do not have sidewalks resulting in lots of pedestrian traffic on our beautiful but narrow streets. Families use our streets for walking, exercise and biking. We are asking you and your family to PLEASE slow down. The posted speed limit is 25 mph, but even that is too fast in many situations. Also, if you have teenage drivers, please talk to them about this very important matter.
Thank you so much for your consideration and helping in keeping Stonehenge children & families safe.
Sincerely,
Your HOA Board
