Stonehenge HOA Survey

The purpose of this survey is to evaluate how folks feel about the neighborhood, past projects, potential future projects, and the performance of the HOA board.  Please complete only one survey per household.  Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).  Please submit any questions or concerns regarding the survey to the Contact Us form (see CONTACT US link above).
    6. Some neighbors have voiced concerns regarding vehicles speeding in the neighborhood especially on downhill roads.
The Architecture Review and Control (ARC) process is established by Association covenants and is intended to preserve and protect the character of our great community. Any changes to external structures, or any exterior improvements at Stonehenge must be approved.

Examples of changes requiring approval include, but are not limited to: fence construction, additions to your home, pools and spas, significant landscaping changes, window, door, and siding replacements, and changes in exterior colors, including siding and roofing.
    9. The Stonehenge HOA Property Inspection Program identifies major problems that detract from the
neighborhood. Inspection categories include, but are not limited to:

Homeowner's curbs; unmowed yards; landscaping; trash, debris, and storage; Vehicle, Boat, Camper,
Trailer, and RV Parking; curbside parking; capacity parking; roof stains; driveways; basketball goals and
playsets; and all other conditions inconsistent with the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCR) (Please see Article XI, Section 12 of the CCR, click here.).
Each year common ground areas are decorated for the Christmas Season.
The Stonehenge HOA board works hard to keep annual dues low while also keeping Stonehenge looking great.  Approximately, 86 percent of the total annual HOA budget goes for common grounds maintenance, mowing, and landscaping.
Overall, how satisfied or dissatisfied are you with the performance of the Stonehenge HOA board in the following categories...
