Dues Payment Policy
Dues Amount
The Stonehenge HOA dues for 2018 have been increased slightly, and the new annual amount is $336.00. The board strives to keep our dues low while also providing all necessary services. We have to adjust price in order to keep up with the cost for services needed to maintain our landscaping as well as the upcoming changes to our entrance, and small projects needing care up at the top of the hill in our subdivision. We may need to assess for a temporary increase in the next few years. Details to come.
Dues Notification
At the beginning of each new calendar year, notice will be given to all homeowners about the amount of dues for that year, including any increase that may take effect.
Dues Date of Payment
Annual dues become due and payable on January 1 of each year. Beginning with 2014, dues are now paid in one annual payment instead of four quarterly payments.
Dues Payment Deadline
All homeowners will have until February 29 to make their payment. Any dues not received by February 29, will incur a cumulative late fee of $25 per month so please do not miss this important deadline.
